Scott's New Job!

Just have to share....Scott started his new job this week. He is still working in Marriage and Family Therapy, but he has now gotten a job in town, at a clinic. This seems minor, but let me tell you a bit more about what this means....

1. He is working out patient, meaning the clients come to him. In his old job, he usually drove to his clients' homes, all over central MN.
2. He has almost four weeks of vacation. In his old job, he counted hours of vacation, not days.
3. He is home by 5:30 four out of five nights a week, (one day a week he works 12-9pm). In his old job, he'd be home anywhere between 7 and 11pm four out of five nights a week.
4. He has a 15 minute drive to work. In his old job, he had a 45 minute drive to work.
5. I actually get to spend time with my love before I'm too tired to hold a decent conversation.

Number three is what I am most excited about. I get my husband back in the evenings and Jaelyn gets to see her daddy before bedtime! :)

We are so very thankful for this new opportunity for him, as well as for the great stepping stone and learning opportunity in his previous job. Thank You, Lord for your provision. :) (Did I mention I get my hubby back?!?!) YIPEEE!!!
