Visit from Grandma and Grandpa

Monday, my parents drove out from Wisconsin for a visit. We had a nice visit and a productive one! Dad worked hard to wire a new circuit for our microwave. Now, we can run the microwave AND have the bathroom light on without losing power to the bathroom, kitchen and dining room! He also helped rearrange my washer and dryer so I don't have to lean over the door of the dryer to put the clothes in. Then he got our back garage door rekeyed and working for us. Mom repainted our laundry room and Dad and Scott hung new cabinets in there for us. Of course, as with most home projects, there were quite a few hiccups along the way, but they did a great job and we are so thankful for the work they did! (Though it sounds like they just came and worked, they did get some good time in with Jaelyn and I was trying to help, but most of the time I was tending to Jaelyn.) I'll post pics of the before and after of the laundry room next week when we get home from Seattle.

Grandma Ann stopped over to see Jaelyn before we left on our trip to Seattle. I wanted to be sure to get a picture of Jaelyn with both grandmas. It isn't too often that we have them together. Proof that Grandma Ann was here....lipstick on Jaelyn's cheek! :)
