July 3rd - With the Laush Family

Today, my dear, dear daughter was wide awake at 4:10 am. LOVELY! Now, I realize she was on Minnesota time, so it was 6:10 am to her body, however, even THAT is early for her to rise. Hopefully she'll get on Seattle time soon.

After our morning nap at 8am, we headed north to see some of Scott's family. We enjoyed lunch with them and had a nice visit.Playing ball with Cousin David

After a while at their home, we all went to a local park where they have a splash pad. Jaelyn had some fun in the water, and couldn't quite figure out why the water kept disappearing!

On the way home, Jaelyn was pretty tired, but was able to perk up long enough to enjoy a kid sized cherry slushy!
