Sweet Potatoes!

Well, as you may have read, I've begun making Jaelyn's baby food. I've been thinking about it for some time and have found some good websites to guide me in the process. So this weekend, I made carrots and sweet potatoes. Most of it is in the freezer now, but I kept out some sweet potatoes for Jaelyn to try yesterday.

She only made a bit of a face and actually ate them better than she eats the cereal. I can't say that I blame her! Soon we'll break out her real high chair since she is getting tired of leaning back in her car seat to eat. She'd much rather practice her new skill of sitting up. Hopefully the high

chair will make it easier to feed her.
