Night-time Success!

So last night, our little Jaelyn slept from 10:30 pm to 5:30 this morning! It was wonderful! She was quite ravenous when she woke up, but wow did it feel good to have such a long stretch of time to sleep. She's been at about six hours a night for a while, though it isn't every night. We'll just keep praying that she sleeps well.

Here is a photo of one of Jaelyn's favorite places to take her nap in the afternoon. She'll lay down in her crib at night, but we have a harder time getting her to take a nap there during the day. She usually ends up on the couch, in our bed, or in her swing.

I only have two weeks left of my maternity leave! We went to school yesterday to introduce Jaelyn to my class. It was nice to see them and chat with adults again, it was a bit sad for me. I will enjoy seeing my class again, but I'll hate leaving Jaelyn for full days. Knowing Scott will be home with her most of the time does help, but what a change it will be!
