Grandma, Papa, and Amy Come to Visit

My folks and sister came out for a visit. They arrived on Thursday night and stayed though Monday morning. We didn't have anything major planned for the weekend, but just got to spend it together.

Jaelyn got to stay home from daycare on Friday and had a great time with them. Saturday, Scott and I got to go out to dinner, a movie and get some shopping done. Mom, Amy and I also got to do some shopping while Scott worked on the yard and Jaelyn hung out with Papa. It was so nice to have them around.

Reading a book with Grandma Tracy. The book has Grandma's voice recorded so Jaelyn can hear it whenever she wants.

Chillin' with Papa after a bath. I used to sit on his lap like this with a striped towel after my bats as a little girl. It was fun to relive that memory with Jaelyn.

When we got home from work on Monday, Jaelyn and I were both sad to see that our house was empty once again.
