South Dakota - Day 6

Today we drove to DeSmet, SD where they have the most complete collection of Laura Ingalls Wilder artifacts. It was really fun to see some of the actual photographs of the Ingalls family and hear some of the history .

From DeSmet, we began the journey home. It was another four hours or so home. We were all glad to pull into the driveway. In six days, we spent 32 hours and 2 minutes in the van, and drove 1,538 miles. I think we'll be hanging close to home in the next few days.
