I had tons of marshmallows left over after the holidays, so I decided to make Rice Krispie treats. I pulled out Jaelyn's high chair, brought her over to the stove area (don't worry, she was at a safe distance) and had her help me make the bars. She helped me measure and pour the cereal, add the butter, and add the marshmallows. She loved it.
I was too focused on enjoying the process of working with her to snap pictures, but I did get a few of her enjoying the fruit of our labor. I am looking forward to many more days working in the kitchen with my little girl.
