Normally, some saying "Bright Eyes" is a nice compliment. When Jaelyn says it, it's more of a whining complaint.
She's telling us that the light or the sun is too bright for her eyes. Today, she was complaining so much on the way home, this was the best way to solve the problem. :) She stayed like this for the next ten minutes or so. :)
