Happy Birthday!

Yesterday was my birthday. The day started out great when I got to sleep in (7:15!!!) I helped get Scott and Jaelyn out the door and got ready for the day. Had a massage, then a pedicure. I met Scott for lunch and then spent some time getting ready for my parents to come visit.

Today, Scott had the day planned for us, while Mom and Dad stayed with Jaelyn. We started with lunch at Olive Garden. Right now they have their pumpkin cheesecake which is totally delish!

From there, he took me the Cities to see Mary Poppins at the Orpheum. What a great show! Burt the chimney sweep even did a tap number upside down on the ceiling!

After Mary Poppins, Scott took us over to Best Buy and bought me a new camera! I'm so excited to get to use it again! So much nicer than the photos I get off of my phone. :)

There was one last piece to our day together, dinner at Benihana. It is a teppanyaki Japanese restaurant, and was quite tasty. We had a yummy dinner and enjoyed conversation with our tablemates.
