Today, Scott and I left Jaelyn with her first official babysitter! We have left her with family and with other adults, but never with a teenage babysitter.
We know this girl from church and Jaelyn sees her in the nursery. Two weeks ago, Jessie came over to spend the afternoon with us. Jaelyn warmed up to her right away. We went to the park, and Jaelyn instantly took Jessie's hand and headed off, without even a thought of where I was.
It was fun to see her so comfortable with Jessie and to see Jessie interacting with her in such a great way!
Today, Scott and I asked Jessie to come over again, but this time we left the house. We ended up grabbing a bite to eat and then headed to the mall. While there, we picked up a snowsuit to get Jaelyn ready for winter. I think she will be quite toasty in our frigid winter. Don't you agree?

awwwwwwww i love it!!!! she's so cute!!! i don't think she'll have any problems staying warm this winter.
