Today, we decided to run a few errands. Things took us longer than we expected and we ended up out on the town for almost seven hours.
We stopped at Granite City for lunch. Jaelyn was a trooper! Here she sat with her book waiting patiently for her hamburger.
Once that arrived, she was thrilled to eat with a spoon. We almost didn't get out of there without purchasing it! Thankfully we were able to divert her attention long enough to sneak out after she dropped the spoon on the floor.
We also spent some time at the mall. After a while in her stroller, Jaelyn started to get a little fussy. We took her out and let her walk next to us. She was a regular old 'mall-rat'! She's wander down the mall, stopping to look in store windows and admire whatever caught her attention.
At the end of our day, Jaelyn was all tuckered out, but she was a true trooper throughout the day and did a FANTASTIC job with Mommy and Daddy. : )
