Easter Prep

Since our precious Jaelyn can't touch eggs, we aren't able to dye Easter eggs.  So, we found a few other fun 'egg' projects to do.  The first was wrapping balloons in string that had been dipped in a liquid starch/flour mixture.  We were planning to wrap eight balloons, but it proved to be too much of a mess for Mom, so I put the kabash on the craft after just three 'eggs'.

The second project was much more up my alley...marshmallows glued in the shape of a decorated egg.  Jaelyn loved gluing the marshmallows in patterns.  Maybe someday we'll be able to dye eggs, but until then, we'll find our own ways to decorate. :)
