Landscaping!

For a while now, we have been planning to put a firepit in our backyard. This week, we began the work of doing just that. :) Here is what our yard looked like as we began.

We first had to trim up an evergreen tree and pile up the branches. Jaelyn was a big help, as always.

Then our friend, Jeremiah came out with his brother-in-law to start the process of putting in the patio pavers and fire ring. They also took out two trees, and three cemented poles that were in our yard.

They then finished it out by mulching out the back corner of our yard. We'll be putting some greenery in that area to tone it down a bit and need to plant some grass to fix where the bobcat was, but, wow! We love it!!!Now to to make the s'mores...
