Chocolate Chip Cookie Success!

I'm not one to brag, but I must say, I make some pretty yummy chocolate chip cookies. Of course, Jaelyn can't have them because they contain milk and eggs. I've tried a few chocolate chip cookie mixes that were dairy and egg free, but they weren't very good at all. The boxed, all natural cookies taste like cardboard. Of course, she doesn't know the difference and is happy to have any type of cookies, but I wanted her to have the joy of yummy chocolate chip cookies.

Today, I tried a different approach and just made substitutions in my recipe so it'll be safe for her. With the help of Ghirardelli semi-sweet chips, soy milk, and Ener-G Egg Replacers we have a winner! They aren't as good as the original recipe, but they sure are pretty tasty. As you can see, Jaelyn had no complaints!
