In the mornings, she comes out into the living room, sees the tree with the lights on and says, "Jaelyn did it!" and then claps her hands and says, "Good job!" What a delight she is.
To see Christmas through the eyes of a child is a beautiful thing.

Decorating the Tree
After many issues with getting the lights on the tree, we were finally able to get some ornaments on. Jaelyn has had a blast working on decorating the tree. She needed a little guidance in the beginning and then she was on her own. She has rearranged the ornaments multiple times (and has only broken one).
In the mornings, she comes out into the living room, sees the tree with the lights on and says, "Jaelyn did it!" and then claps her hands and says, "Good job!" What a delight she is.
