Spring Break-Day 3

Lately, Jaelyn has been very excited to see animals. She gets excited when she sees them on TV or in person. Today, we decided to take her to a local pet sore to see some dogs and other animals. She loved them all. When people would bring their dogs into the store, Jaelyn would get super excited. She'd gasp, point, and yell 'Daw!' She would continue to point and yell, following the dog around. One man brought his dog up to Jaelyn to let her pet it. She backed away so quickly, not sure what to do with that animal. :) So cute to see. I'm not a huge pet fan, but I think the stage is already being set for pets in the Paulson home. Enjoying watching the mice play. She loved listening to the birds and pointing at them.

Though this was a nice trip, it was difficult. Jaelyn decided this weekend that she would only stand to be with me, and no one else. This was about as close as I could get her to anyone else the whole time we were home. She was quite clingy. Hopefully, next trip she'll warm up more to everyone.
