Baby's First Books

As part of the invitation to the shower this past weekend, my sister suggested adding the following note: "In place of a card, please consider a children's story book attached to your gift with a special mesage for the mom to be."

Being a teacher, and one who loves to read (as does Scott) we thought this was a great idea.

I was so pleased to see all of the books that we received to jump start Baby's personal library! Some of the books have special meaning behind them, like the Psalty books, and "Horton Hatches an Egg," and the "Go, Pack, Go" book (since I AM from Green Bay.) Most are just a fantastic collection of books that we'll enjoy reading to and with our little 'Uma'.
