Christmas in Green Bay

Tuesday night, we headed out to Green Bay to celebrate a late Christmas with my side of the family. It was a wonderfully relaxing time.

We celebrated Christmas on Wednesday. We weren't able to get through all of the presents in one sitting. Jaelyn got a little overwhelmed and wanted to play with each thing before she moved on to the next present. We all enjoyed spreading out the celebration over a few days.
Jaelyn loved playing with Grandma's Nativity set.

Helping Papa unwrap his present. :)

Loving her 'truck' from Grandma and Papa.

Concentrating so hard on her 'writing'.

Feeding her baby from Katy.

Jaelyn was surprised to see her new laptop!

Showing off her cheesy grin!

Helping Grandma make cake.

Serving Papa some tea.
On New Year's Eve, we visited with some friends from church during the day and then headed home for a quiet evening of movies with the family.
New Year's Day, we were able to be a part of the Medd side family Christmas. Over the weekend, we also spent some time with Grandma Rose. Jaelyn enjoyed watching Grandma draw on the new Doodler.
We head back to Minnesota this afternoon. It's been a relaxing trip back home and we are thankful for the good times we've had with our family.
